I listened to some of the arguments. I am curious if the SC wil really wait until June to announce their decision. If they are going to do it, and by doing so, create a problem for the administration in the payback requirements, wouldn’t it be to their advantage to do it sooner? They seem to accept that the refunds are required, so will they wait?
