(UK) Biotech YES Competition

So me and 4 others are doing the biotech YES competition and are looking for advice when pitching a business idea.
The YES competition is basically a competition where we have to come up with a biotech product then pitch it to a group of investors and we get marked on business plan, IP, marketing, commercialisation, etc. There is the chance to go to the final if you score the best in your theme.
We have got slides together roughly covering the things needed but has anyone got advice on business pitching (things to say or put in the PowerPoint etc) please?
