I'm developing a technical product and using it for my moms business in order to enhance presence on various platforms without her having to do much, but the thing is is that I feel like my product has very little worth.

I use AI for ideas but not to guide my business, but sometimes I'm at a loss for thoughts because idk if I should just start selling/build more features/increase my offerings (i.e more services)

    TL:DR

Made a tech product, not selling until I see if it produces value (gets her more customers). Is this a bad idea? (Should I just start selling anyway)

How to find the right path on where to go?

Hope this helps maybe try this approach.

Instead of waiting for your product to “prove” its value, start showing people what you’re building and why.

Share the story behind it how it’s helping your mom’s business, the small wins, and even the mistakes along the way.

That’s already a simple form of inbound marketing. You’re not pushing it on anyone, you’re just letting people see the real use case.

When people connect with that story, they get curious. Some might ask about it, others might follow quietly that’s how interest starts building.

Sometimes value shows up after people see it, not before.
