    1. The Top 4 Small Business Streamlining Tools Excellent query! Pay attention to tools that can automate repetitive tasks. My main suggestions for streamlining with a high return on investment are: For appointment scheduling (to avoid endless email tag), use Calendly or Acuity. Mailchimp and ActiveCampaign: For email automation (automatically manages onboarding and follow-ups). For invoicing and payment reminders (which expedites payment), use QuickBooks Time / Wave. For workflow management (process documentation and project organisation), use Notion or Asana.

    2. Accounting software. It’ll be a learning curve but it’ll save you a ton of money and headaches down the road.

My first suggestion isn’t software, it is either spell check or a new keyboard that doesn’t put in random 6’s in your work. Automation is easy – when you are annoyed by something, don’t ignore the problem and keep doing your work around, fix it. That is lean. Do that 10,000 more times and you’ll be swimming in money.

Zapier has been a game changer. No code automation builder that plugs into many common web based tools to move information around.

I like Asana for operations mgmt. You can build out workflows and see where projects are by stage of your defined process.

Any automation software + AI will do magic. N8n, Zapier, Make.

There’s a learning curve, which is not even that steep to be honest, and then you will save tons of time!

    6. AI in general, I find it generally has better, more productive answers to business related questions than you can find here, if you can prompt it correctly. Prompt AI to create you a prompt, refine the prompt, enter the refined, highly detailed prompt.
