I’m a young man who grew up without a father figure, and no one ever taught me how to become the kind of man I could be proud of. What advice would you give someone like me going through the same motion what routines, principles, and areas should I focus on to become the best version of myself?

How? Become 1% better every day!
365*0 = 0
365*1= 365%
You can become THAT much better in a year, now imagine, you train regularly, read daily, work on your stuff daily
As a man – build smth or you will be captured by those who do
1/ Sport helps. If you can keep discipline in sport, you can keep it in business.
2/ Try different roles and industries while you are young to understand what you are strong at
3/ Build your reputation from day one. Be ethical with everybody.
4/ Build your personal brand on social media from day one. The earlier you start, the better. It’s an asset nobody can get from you.
5/ Think about yourself as an entrepreneur from day one, even if you work for an employer.
6/ Look for the gaps everywhere: in customers’ demand, processes.
Firstly, father’s are not the best mentors for work. There is a distinction. What you need are two things. A mentor and to create a personal and work culture. They will see you right. The one to bounce ideas off, the other to create boundaries.
Start with one small repeatable important action everyday and keep it for a year. For example writing or physical exercise.
