alumni here, been thinking about this a lot lately used to believe in "follow your passion" but now i think its backwards. pick a market that actually makes money and you'll find passion in winning. seeing my friends do the same thing. one friend started in pizza brand just cuz market was big, now he's obsessed with it yea fr he has a big store nore.

passion comes from being good at something and making money, not the other way around.

    am i wrong here?

wdyt abt this? just pick a large, profitable market, and the passion will follow

    1. Well, it depends. Money cannot buy everything, including passion. Some people have a passion for money, as your friends seems to. But there are also people that money does nothing for, I have a relative like that, he loves his job, doesn’t make much but he’s fully content.

Ultimately it depends on what you care about. Would you rather have money but be dissatisfied with your job? Or less money and love what you do? And of course there is every possible combination between those extremes.

The best is to have both, make money and love what you do.
