So this whole thing is weird. We got a notice from the IRS office out of Austin. The last page of the letter, where she can either agree or disagree, looks half printed. There is no return address to use for the envelope they provided, nor is there a person assigned to this as indicated in the enclosed booklet.
And, of course, they are closed because Shutdown. But I have a due date in 9 days. I have been unable to get ahold of any of them, but I have the proof of acceptance of our 2019 JOINT return where this income they are saying she didn't declare was, in fact, declared.
What a cluster — not sure what to do at this point.

Go on IRS.gov and pull her transcript from 2019 and your transcripts and look them over.
