Feel like family business might be taking advantage of me.

Hi all! I need to know your opinion, with the very little info i have, if i am being screwed by my employer (who just so happens to be family). I started working for them 2 1/2 years ago. In that time i have not received a pay stub or a w-2. I make $15 an hour 40 hours a week and get payed biweekly. Before taxes that is $1200 and i believe after taxes should be around $1,000. I was single, just got married a month ago, no dependents, live in NC. My actual take home pay is about $800. So for the past 2.5 years i haven’t been able to file taxes so i don’t know if all $400 has been going to taxes but with the take home pay supposed to be 1000 thats 200 a check for the past 2.5 years unaccounted for. Thats $12k that is just missing. So i just really need information on if i am missing something, if all of that money is going to taxes, etc. i dont feel like this family member would screw me over but i am very clearly missing money.
