The hardest part is staying consistent when things don’t go as planned. You have to handle everything yourself at first, but with a clear system and patience, it gets easier over time.

The hardest part are the weeks where you’re horrendously burnt out and wondering if it’s all worth it. With great highs come crippling lows.

It all depends on the business. You as the visionary in the business cannot do it all. You will burn out! I’m there right now.

You have to build systems in your business that can be assigned to an employee to take charge of that role. They should only require you to step in if the system fails an escalation is needed. That way you know the employee can function. Never let them do it their way by all means make tweaks but at the end it’s your business and your reputation and your system that works. I’m automating things to simplify my employees and my life while building systems that do things my way. Rome wasn’t built in a day but Entrepreneurs are different and thrive on the hustle. Think hard and carefully and if it’s for you go for it! Rather say I tried and failed rather than regret never trying!

For small business, hardest part is that it’s all on you, and there are a lot of times where you have to pick between doing something you really dont want to do or your business failing.

For bigger business, hardest part is people. Finding people, being responsible for people, dealing with people. People are hard.
