As someone who hates HOA, this was my favorite filter. I don't see any reports about this change, but it's completely gone from the filter options. Anyone else seeing this?

I see it in the Cost/Finance section. Drop-down options include “No HOA”.
Why would Rocket Redfin change that?
That HOA filter disappearing is a headache. HOAs can totally change the cost and vibe of a place, so losing that search option feels sketchy. I’d be annoyed too. Hopefully they bring it back because guessing which listings have fees is a pain.
Redfin ditches HOA, Zillow eliminates risk maps, are they trying to eliminate ways of scaring people so they can get more showings?
As another comment mentioned, they moved the HOA filter, not removed.
Keep in mind, not all listings are upfront about having HOAs. Especially new construction listings can show no HOA fee when there is actually one. It’s annoying when they don’t show the fee.
I also hate HOAs and think they should be illegal.
The filter is Probably making agents lives harder since lots of people don’t like HOA’s.
When you turn that filter on like half of the houses disappear. And its probably easier to show someone a place first, get them to like it, then reveal later it has an HOA and talk them into it rather than the homes be filtered from the start.
