I would like to ask if anyone has any thoughts or opinions on the process of having your CRE annually inspected by a lender’s third party. Inquiring minds want to know.

Um, If the lender requires an inspection, that’s there prerogative. They just want to make sure the property is being maintained or they may require to increase reserves or actually fix things. Not sure what you want to know?
Pretty normal. We do it. They’re happy. We’re happy.
