Not sure if it’s coincidence or if there’s a reason , but why do they lower the price of a house then within a day or less the listing is removed? I’ve seen it three times recently
Are you sure the listing is completely removed or just went pending sale?

There is an agent in my market that removes listings from the MLS rather than mark the property sold and give the MLS sale information after the commission lawsuit. Could be a similar situation, but YMMV

They say removed and I’ll look back a month later and it shows removed and last sold is years ago

Lots of people pulling homes off market if not getting any bites. I know 2 people that have done this recently.
