Hi everyone, interested in what the hive recommends as far as continuing to pursue a lifestyle business or contemplate finding an exit.

I have a bit of a unique background (military medicine) and long been interested in entrepreneurship and coding —

Anyway launched a niche job site with some unique features related to my niche and have gotten a nice amount of interest (2k visitors, 370 sign ups, 3 inbound offers — with just a couple of days of marketing (using my networks/socials).

I work full-time and do some 1099 contract work AND do this — so I have a lot on my plate. I don't mind running this as a lifestyle business but I feel like with it's early response and potential, I'm the roadblock to it realizing its potential.

We have not monetized it yet but plan to do so soon (higher ticket) — I also will be reaching out to a friend in the space to help me with the sales piece (50% commission). The operational costs are low and I don't need the money so my life/well-being are not contingent on this being a success. I created this product more as an experiment with AI and it seems to have gotten a bit of traction.

I dont envision leaving my day job soon so do you all recommend just continue running it as a lifestyle business or continue to market, drive traffic, and potentially find an exit? I think business could do well (likely less than <1 million annual revenue) based on the niche and I'm not sure how valuable an email list of high income, high intent would be worth to potential buyers… not sure how much that would impact exit multiples.

Just throwing this out there to get some early feedback. Thanks.
