As some are noticing, Robinhood Gold is showing it's cheapness, as per usual. By that I mean, operational cost cutting to make something like a 3% flat return possible.
The new shortcoming I am finding is that valid credit card disputes (not something I do lightly or frequently, but I will not hesitate to do as a last resort if I must) take forever to clear. I cant' even say for sure how long, because I have had one processing for over a month.
My previous experience is Amex decade ago and then Chase Sapphire Reserve in more recent years. With Chase, which is obviously a much more premium card, they sometimes just credited me back instantly if the dispute was low enough.
The other gripe is the lack of web interface which makes uploading sufficient evidence not possible and requiring a follow up via email to their support channels.
Anyone else have similar findings?

Yes. But people want that extra 1% 🤷♂️
Yep had my wallet stolen and chase + Amex was night and day easier to get new cards and charges cleared. Robinhood took a month and needed a police report lol
Amex disputes are horrible fwiw.
Sak’s never delivered my product, they wouldnt help me. I disputed with Amex and they sided with Sak’s.
I personally have never had Chase or Amex, but the only disputes I’ve had to do have been through Wells Fargo (the autograph card specifically) which was similar, and discover. The only benefit was that Wells Fargo gave me a portion back early, then the rest after the company never provided proof because they were scammers. Discover immediately covered the total amount similar to how you mentioned chase and Amex worked.
I hate how a dispute locks your card, smh
