    1. Not on your list but HVAC and undercut the stupid costs most largely owned companies charge. They can charge literally whatever they want and homeowners in America aren’t ever giving up those systems the don’t know how much it’s supposed to be.

      Landscaping will be cut in tough times so will pressure washing those become optional services. Otherwise probably pest based on your list if the area isn’t overly saturated.

      The “best” answer, of course, depends on multiple variables like the current scale (what supplies/assets are owned, how large is the client base, what are the operating costs, is it sole proprietorship/LLC/are there already multiple employees on a payroll, etc.). Then, there are barriers to entry (costs for licenses/liability insurance or whether those are needed in the first place), any training prerequisites, etc.
