I just turned 18 2 days ago, currently just beginning my credit journey after being an AU with CSP for 3 years, I just applied and got the discover it student cash back today and now I’m looking to get the chase freedom rise (I have a checking and savings with chase also)
Can I apply for the freedom rise and have my credit score be fine after getting the discover card? It’s currently at a 704(transunion)
If not how long should I wait to get the freedom rise?
Can I apply for 2 CC in 24 hours

I wouldn’t. Your score is good, but your profile is thin. Give it 6-12 months. You don’t want to have a hard inquiry this soon
Firstly, chase offers a pre-approval tool so you can just go and check if they’ll approve you on their website (note the tool is not a guaranteed approval, but it is reasonably accurate). Hell with an existing relationship I wouldn’t even be surprised if they approved you for the freedom unlimited. Here’s the link: https://creditcards.chase.com/check-for-preapproved-offers
Credit cards are a long term game, I wouldn’t worry too much about short term impacts to your score unless you will need to apply for a loan in the next year or so, especially when you’re just starting out. But if you want to wait, 6 months is probably sufficient.
Don’t bother. Take the one and use it properly. AUTOPAY, STATEMENT BALANCE, DUE DATE!
Apply for another car in 6-12 months.
You can do whatever you want. Whether or not it works out is a different story.
You’re likely to sketch banks out with that thin and short file, including discover. You should stay out for a bit and keep your velocity under control. Wait for a year of real credit history then go for the cff or cfu directly. No need to get a shit card. You already have your foot in the door with your own card.
