VX certainly comes in at a great price point and it isn’t hard to get value well in excess of the AF.
Since you mentioned lounges, are your primary airport lounges served mainly by Priority Pass or are there any credit card lounges at any of them?
I had PP through my Amex but added the VX for the additional lounges at my home airports, the nominal AF, and the SUB of course!
