Expedia left me in stuck with no flights

    I booked a roundtrip flight on Expedia from A to B for $1000.

    First part of the flight is complete. Original return flight was on December 22.

    I needed to change the return flight and I changed the flight on expedia and approved a fare difference as well. New date Jan 15th. Expedia approved the flight and sent me a confirmation. My card did not get charged. Expedia sent an email within 24 hours that they were not able to buy the tickets from the airline (Turkish Airlines). They said that currently I do NOT have any flight!

    I called them, and the agent apologized and booked me another flight on Jan 18th. Expedia sent the confirmation again, and again they sent me another email that the airline was not able to issue the tickets.

    Turkish airlines said they cannot do anything.

    I paid for a roundtrip, and I was charged for the full trip and now I don't have a return flight. I was not charged for the change fee (Jan 15 and Jan 18), but I still paid money for a return flight on the original reservation.

    Filed a dispute. Do you think Chase will side with me?

      When you say you “do NOT have any flight” – you mean that the flight on the 22nd was cancelled, or you mean that you couldn’t make it?
