What the hell do I do now?

Help! Previously on the SAVE plan. I am currently in deferment because I'm in neck deep in my 3rd Degree. I have made a hand full of payments, well because life is cruel sometimes, and I just couldn't. Last years double Cancer surgeries wiped out all of my savings. I am graduating in August 2026. I would like to create a plan. What in the world do I do? Pic of debt in comments. Can't figure out how to put it in body.
