How to find turn key short-term rentals for sale near me?

It took me forever to find one, there is probably better ways but this is what worked for me. First I used these search terms on realtor: turnkey airbnb, furnished rental, short term rental income and add your city name obviously.

A problem is most agents don't tag these properly so you miss a ton. So I also contacted local property managers who run STRs they know when owners want to sell before it hits MLS. I joined local STR facebook groups and asked directly, called agents who had multiple STR listings in my target area and looked at expired MLS listings that mentioned STR or furnished and called those owners direct.

Most furnished STR sales happen off market or through word of mouth owners don't want to deal with random buyers who don't understand the business.
