So you are at fault and your friend is making a claim against your insurance that may or may not be legit…. Let your insurance handle it and make sure they are aware of any information you know regarding the legitimacy of the injury.
The insurance will investigate it (this includes fraud).
Is your friend actually suing you or filing a bodily injury claim on your insurance? People often mistake filing a claim as being sued.
