You should at least see ICR. People were having the same issue over the weekend too. They may be doing maintenance (perhaps in the final stages of updating IBR eligibility correctly). Give it another day or so and see if it changes.

I’ve seen a lot of people report this over the weekend. They bugged something out, since someone with under $20k in income on their taxes reported that it didn’t even show them IBR yesterday

I ran into the same issue when trying to recertify for IDR. I called mohela about it this morning and they said they didn’t know why I wasn’t seeing any options on the IDR application. Their system was saying that I don’t qualify for IDR which is false. Sounds like it’s glitching.
FSA recommended I complete a paper application and upload it to Mohela, but I’m going to give it a couple days and try again.
