Can Consolidated PPLs on ICR finally move to IBR? The new update fails to mention any system update for the other half which is this, only mentioning the first half which were borrowers who didn't have a partial financial hardship PFH.
The system update appears complete. No mention of any more and the system update section entirely changed to just discuss PFH. Used to be a timeline of when these "changes" (plural) would happen citing winter 2025 and later citing December 2025. Now the timelines are gone and it appears they updated what they set out to.
What are we thinking here? This 100% needed to be mentioned in the update as it's discussed as legal for both cases to switch to IBR on the top sections as of 7/4/25 (OBBBA signed).

I would hope that was part of the recent updates because the [current updates page](https://studentaid.gov/announcements-events/big-updates) no longer mentions any more delays or estimates for more changes.
I guess the only way we will know for sure is if a PPL borrower on ICR shares their success story about moving to IBR here.
