I’ve done one FHA loan occupied a unit for a while then rented and moved to a different home ( I guess house hack ) I found a few homes about 70 miles away from the original FHA and would be better suited for my family with bonus apartment to offset mortgage.
Just wanted to see if anyone has done a second FHA loan and both being multifamily could for some insight ?
Anyone ever done a second FHA loan ? Both multi family homes.

You can only have one FHA loan at a time unless you meet specific exceptions like job relocation or family size changes – 70 miles might qualify for the distance requirement but you’d need to check with a lender
