Background info:
1. It is one of the top 10 Tec companies
2. Planned HQ will be moving to a more CBD area than where they used to be located.
3. Most likely fully completed with in a 5 year time line.
4. About 50,000 employees not including support staff will need to go to work at that new HQ.
The question is what kind of business can I do around the planned HQ?
I have thought of:
1. Become a second land lord and just buy or long term lease then sub lease it to other retail business
2. Just straight up open a coffee shop or some kind of easy going shop right across the HQ
3. Find a group and invest in to developing a serviced apartment and try to get an annual contract with the company so if employees do work over time or need a place to rest they can use our services.
Just wondering what else am I missing ?
What to do/invest with this kind of information.
