Hey folks, I'm a solo agent in the US trying to get more serious about content in 2026, specifically short form video for real estate marketing.
I don’t have the capacity to film and edit myself every day, but I DO have a steady flow of listings, weekly market update emails and tons of buyer/seller FAQs from DMs and calls.
Ideally I would love love a setup where I can:
-
Take my existing text (listing descriptions, emails, FAQs)
-
Turn them into short scripts
-
Generate vertical videos (with me or an avatar of me talking)
-
Get them ready to post on TikTok / IG Reels / YouTube Shorts
I’ve been looking at a few AI video generators in the market Synthesia, Argil, and Heygen that allow you to train an avatar once, then generate short videos with captions, cuts… and then tools like CapCut / Descript for final edits.
I’m not trying to fake being someone I’m not, I just want to show up more often and not spend 10 hours a week filming + editing.
For anyone here who’s either using AI video for your own real estate marketing: what does your actual tool stack look like? and did AI video help with generating actual leads (site visits, calls, DMs), or just views?
Looking for a tool stack to turn my listings + emails into daily short-form videos

Interesting idea
Looking to focus on the same thing starting January, I have a decent amount of leads coming my way but I’m wondering if I give this content thing a shot will it drive even more traffic to my listings. Do you think it’s worth the shot? Seems like everyone is jumping on it and the fomo is real…
