Both paths come with real tradeoffs, and neither guarantees success on its own.

Side hustling offers safety and space to experiment, but progress can feel slow when your focus is split.

Going full time brings speed and clarity, but also pressure and risk without a safety net.

Which are you? And what’s it been like?

Are you side hustling or full time building?

    1. I went full time building. That being said, brick and mortar tends to have easier access to early cash flow, so I could support myself and the business fairly early on.

Once the ball was rolling all I had to do was keep pace, so I don’t regret anything by going that route

    2. I hustled until I could go full time. That was back in 2007 for me after 2 years of side hustle.

    3. Canada-Amazon-VAs on

Side hustle before going full-time. Most business owners I know did the same. It’s hard enough building a business without the pressure of needing it to pay the bills.

    4. Side hustling, two of the projects I started are gaining traction, one is profitable (small yet profitable) other one pays for itself so far
