GBIC insurance mis selling fraud victim further troubled my Insurer

Hi All, I need some guidance.
So I got fooled and this happened because I was in difficult financial situation.
In first incident , anonymous GBIC (IRDAI) agent sold me insurance policies stating that these are linked to earlier lapsed policies, till now the money was officially locked in policies.
About 5-6 months later , another person probably from same fraudster gang called me stating he would help me cancel these policies and I lost some money to NEFT transactions.

Now when I have realized my mistakes and reported this to insurer grievance redressed and ombudsman department, I sense they do not want to help me or even understand my case fully.

I have opened police complaint, raised complain with insurer ombudsman dept.

Can someone guide me how I can get as much possible money back here.
