Started a local meal prep service targeting busy parents in my area. Nothing crazy but went from just me cooking in my tiny apartment kitchen to renting commercial space and hiring 2 part-timers. Revenue jumped from like $800/month to around $12k/month by December – turns out parents will pay good money to not meal plan on Sundays lol

8 year in data strategy consulting and deliberately took the foot off the gas last year to not grow and instead try and put processes in place for the team. So this year need to get back into growth mode and hope our processes hold up. Otherwise not sure where to go next.
