Buy index funds consistently for a couple years. This will be easy to digest in a few years time if you do that. I lost over $100k doing dumb shit. This isn’t life changing, or life taking, amounts of money.

You’re good bro. This is a cheap lesson, trust me. Have been down bad much worse than this and it gets better. But you have to have a sit down in the mirror and get serious. The feeling that you have should drive you to want to avoid it. Avoid options. You’re not less of a person for doing so. It’s just the very best way to make this back. You won’t remember this shit in a couple months. Make the next day better than the last and shit like this will slowly become a distant memory.
