I am in the process of updating all my information in Studentaid.gov. Apparently, my grad school never sent ED my graduation info because my “Enrollment” information just says “withdrawn” as of 07/30/2016. I graduated with a master’s though. I contacted my university, and they said they could provide a letter with the correct information but that I had to send to ED myself. I tried to update the graduation info in the “exit counseling” bc I was never informed I needed to, but the system said I could not enter a date that was 4 years before or after the current year. Anyone else see problems in their Enrollment information? How can my enrollment info be incorrect but my payment start date was updated?
