I saw this home for sale literally 2 to 3 months ago and it they were asking for 180k. I can't find any of the past history on this home. It went offline and came back so I'm thinking a flipper bought it and now they are asking for 255k. Can anyone help me find the old listing please because if they flipped the home I want to compare the old info to what they changed to contest what they are asking for this home.

I looked around and couldn’t find an older listing. A real estate agent probably could. The bathrooms, and the kitchen, have original painted cabinets. Rugs have furniture dents in them. So it’s not a full flip, for sure. They certainly didn’t clean up outside for photos.
They may have changed their minds about price.
Find a local buyer’s agent and then go tour the property if you’re interested.
There is no point in looking at what’s been changed, or the previous sale price. You need to assess the current property condition and the current market.
It says in the first line of the listing description “buyers backed out due to personal reasons.”
The listing history is farther down the listing. It was listed for $255k Nov 28, contract Nov 30, relisted Dec 8 for $255k.
It was previously offered for rent at $1,300/mo. Nothing about a listing for $180k.
