Curious which fund I should contribute to if my current job doesn't have a 401K? Leaning towards maxing out my ROTH every year and letting my old job's rollover IRA sit until retirement. Have 60k in my rollover and 15k in my ROTH currently if that matters.

Depends on your tax bracket and future potential tax bracket, age, career stage. Simple math, if you’re young and in a lower tax bracket but expect to be in a higher bracket in the future then Roth FTW. Can’t beat Roth long-term tax-free growth. If you’re in peak earning years/ higher bracket, traditional IRA might be better.

    3. Real estate diversification complements Roth IRA strategy. Property investment provides tangible assets alongside retirement accounts. Consider REITs in Roth for real estate exposure. Build wealth through multiple asset classes.
