My P2 applied for the Prime Visa. The end of the application said they need further review. Then she remembered that she froze 2 of 3 bureaus (TU, EQ). She immediately lifted the freeze. What should be her next step? Also she's enrolled in Chase Credit Journey and got a hard inquiry alert from there.

If she got a hard inquiry, then they likely pulled EX and she shouldn’t need another credit pull.
Further review is exactly what it sounds like — her app is being manually reviewed by Chase underwriting. If you’re impatient, call recon after a day and press 0 to speak to a rep. Otherwise, wait a few days and you’ll likely get a decision.
