Has anyone had success getting the cash back/points credited?

Yep, use them all the time. Generally reliable in my experience, usually takes a week or two to process. Always be sure to read the fine print for exclusions and shop on a browser without any ad blockers (crucial). Then for in-store purchases obviously just make sure to use the right card.
They often have some really solid deals. I compare between them and rakuten when I’m trying to get a little extra cash back.
