PB on Breakouts/ reversals?

Hello if you saw todsys Spx session, there were
many brrakouts reversal but no pullbacks. My
generell question is when should i aspect a pb
based on option flow/ Orderflow? I mean i heared
that if Wr are goin for a gamma wall U act as a
magnet) you shouldnt aspect a pb. Any Ressources
too look at? Is it based on Volatility?
