Retirement travel pay issue

Okay so I am pretty confused. Heres the breakdown:
Retiring, married, and have 1 child(7years old), authorized travel for my dependants. traveling from JBLM to Cleveland Ohio.

So on my travel advance (should receive 80% of due amount) I claimed both dependents traveling, 2 cars traveling. Based on these the rough ballpark number should be:
fuel: 988, Per diem Me: 1246, Per Diem wife: 934, Per diem child: 467, Total: 3635, 80%: 2908. Again these numbers are as close as it will get.

I only received 1412 on my advance. Travel Aop show per diem: 996, fuel: 416. The form was filled out correctly and approved. Am I missing something, how do i remedy this? So basically they didnt add my dependents to my travel.
