Says right in the middle of the article it would take years to rebuild the infrastructure. I.e. it’s not happening during this administration
Not sure if any benefit at all. Stocks are down for them today, basically giving up all the gains from yesterday.
The same way other thieves benefit when they steal things that don’t belong to them.
It’s so gross this is casually discussed like it should be normal.
