Retirement and reimbursement

Hiya. My husband retired 31 August from active duty. He submitted paperwork to be reimbursed for a partial ppm, malt and per diem at the end of August as well. We are still waiting on reimbursement for this. He's followed up with finance from our last base a couple times. They finally gave a response a couple weeks ago stating "I apologize for the delay, your travel voucher is ready for payment and we are waiting for the travel center to pay it out after their review, I will email you with the pay out summary when it is completed".

So I guess my question is.. how much longer will this take and who else can I contact about this(USAF)? I'm guessing since he's no longer active duty it pushes his priority status waaaay down on the totem pole, because the many pcs's prior to this never took this long.
