Fix your sleep: sleep early and wake up early at the same time, every day, start running and lift some weights. Try to connect with other people.
They sound like generic cliché advices, but they work well
I stopped trying to change everything at once and focused on removing friction. Fewer decisions, better routines, clearer goals, and a weekly check-in with myself did more than motivation ever did. Consistency beats intensity every time.
Dont wake up late. Sleep early and wake up early
Start by learning what a growth (internal locus of control) versus a fixed (external) mindset is and know where you are right now. The book called Mindset by Carol Dweck is a good start.
I find a weekly reset planner or something similar helped me
For me it was boring basics: fixed sleep schedule, daily walks, tracking expenses, and cutting one bad habit at a time instead of everything at once. The biggest shift was focusing on systems, not motivation habits beat willpower every time.
Ask yourself everyday, if it all ended today, would you be happy with the effort and tasks you hoped to achieve up to that point.
First, bring order to your immediate (physical) surroundings: your daily routine, your home, your relationships with loved ones. Then everything else.
Yea get good rest, regular exercise, eat healthy. In life be curious, always learning, work hard, work smart, set your goals, take one or a few steps towards them every day.
About money, I leant by experience that credit is actually corrupting people right now. So I stopped giving credits and taking loans. This has made me more emotionally stable person.
definitely take care of yourself first. good health and all other things follow. I just finished reading Atomic Habits by James Clear. One of many on my pile to read, i highly recommend it in terms of understanding habits and changing them.
Diminished your bad habit dude to stay healthy and positive mindset will follow.
If you haven’t already I would advise to read the book Atomic Habits by James Clear. It explain exactly why small changes (baby steps everyday) will help you achieve the discipline you’re craving for.
for me, I am trying to do everything with a perfect way, always ask about every details of every interest for me so be motivative and ambitious.
to add on what everyone said, read books.
Read book’s (any genre, don’t be scared to drop them if you’re not feeling it), articles , get into skin care, journaling your day and thoughts, pray everyday it’s good for the soul and it builds habits.
it’s about consistently disciplining yourself and making hard choices. life still gets in the way sometimes. when things don’t go your way don’t treat it like failure, just a small obstacle to work through and keep moving. I think a lot of hyper aware people are way too hard on themselves. most of the time it’s just life happening, not a personal failure.
I know everyone say start running or like go to gym but for me sleeping early and wake up early that change my life to be honest.
