Dang, they revised the 30 year population projection down by 5 million just because of what happened in 2025 and is projected to happen until 2028. Deaths are projected to exceed births starting in 2030. Well good news the end to the housing crisis is in sight just have to wait 30 years.

Pretty obvious. Population growth will not be forever exponential. Nearly every population growth model has developed countries leveling off in the next 50 years and developing countries, especially those in Africa, blowing up.

A large percentage of the population growth is from immigration. And with the very real possibility of the gustapo (ICE) rounding you up as an immigrant and throwing you into a concentration camp, who the hell would want to immigrate here?
