    1. Do I think he’ll follow through? Absolutely not. Would this be *HUGELY* beneficial for normal people so they could afford homes? Fuck yes it would be. But it just won’t happen. They’re fishing for wins to try and make midterms not be an absolute ocean of blue.

    2. Wouldn’t matter, trusts will be set up and or proxy buyers. It’s nothing sauce and a stupid bullet.

I’ll believe it when I see it. If he does, that would be great but I’m so sure it’s not happening I’m going to search poly market now for some idiot betting he will.

This is barely a consequential move lol. Crazy how people fall for the dumbest populist memes. I’m no defender of oligarchical interests but big investors own a very small proportion of the housing stock no matter what people online (across the political spectrum) spew.

If you really want to fix housing then work with states and municipalities to ease zoning restrictions and generally make it easier to build.

Big corporations and their rent-seeking behavior are often at the root of many societal issues, but this is not so pertinent in this case.

Is the second part of this thought process, unless you pay him or his people in some way, shape or form?

    6. Lol, in Trumps America, large investors acquire properties through foreclosure and bankruptcies
