I'm a new investor from Argentina and I have been buying participations in the SP500.
Here in lit country we have CEDEARS that are instruments to buy foreign stocks, in our case you can enter in 50 usd yo buy 1/20 of the original SPY in the USA.
Can you do that in your countries?
