WTF with this gross company, my student loan was moved to them in October, trying to make a November payment and it says 0 due (I've never once been late in many years of payments) Specifically it said the loan was in 'admin forebearance' due to the servicer switch and "payments will begin in December". (screenshotted that because I have trust issues with this dumb government and related companies)
Anyway- paid December like normal, then log in now to pay January and it shows I'm suddenly a month past due. I call them to say hey this isn't fair what's up with you just adding a month that you previously removed. I was so nice in my questions and the girl was RUDE AS HAIL. so passive aggressive, I could iust tell by her voice she was a B in general life. Anyway by the end of the call I lost my patience with her fckng tone, told her as much and hung up.
So there's no way anyone is ever going to fix THEIR mistake internally, I'II just have to pay a double payment now due to their error. (yes, I'm aware it is what I would've paid in November but when you're told you have a skipped payment, you make decisions on other purchases due to extra income that month)
I went online to see how to report her unprofessionalism and now see that this is VERY COMMON practice with them, that people have had nothing but problems since they've started. Why are we allowing this company to be so unprofessional and have probable illegal loan practices?? I hope they get a class action. Unlikely but I hope.
    Infuriating to deal with.
(edit- to clarify this is my daughter's student loan I'm paying for her. still infuriating)

CRI is terrible they need a lawsuit
