Quick sanity check before it’s too late for me to make any changes, this morning I paid 5 loan groups completely off but had to do it over the phone because the website was being finicky with one of the groups. I usually check the box that says “Do not advance my due date more than one month” when I pay online but I forgot to say anything about that over the phone. Since I was making full payoff payments on those 5 groups, and I’m still in SAVE forbearance, does it matter at all? Or should I call and ask them to adjust the payment to reflect that option?

It does not matter.
You paid them off. The balance will be $0. No matter which option you check, there will not be a due date because the accounts will be closed.
