What are some good services for business numbers?

Hello all,

Recently I have updated my freelancing site to not include my personal phone number for my freelancing services, as that is a previously concern, obviously haha.

I was wondering if anyone had good suggestions for a business number; perhaps a browser or web-based number where I can receive client correspondence without the need of my personal number.
