Everyone always talks about how, economically speaking, NFL stadiums don’t generate enough for what it costs the city. Would the Commanders stadium be different since it incorporates itself into the surrounding area?

The new concept for the Commanders stadium looks like it will have minimal parking so would that cause more usage for the Metro system in DC as well as have local shops gain more business on game day?
