Is there somewhere to sell rentals with Tenant in place?

I have a single-family home outside of Nashville, Tennessee that has a tenant who has been in place since literally the day I closed on the property. I’d love to sell it to someone who will keep her there, and was wondering, are there specific sites for this or something? I don’t do this full-time, it’s just been like a side investment thing. Price would be 280 and she pays 1600 so i get with interest rates now it wouldn’t have the cash flow that I have had with it. But surely there’s someplace to find investors who want to pay cash and not have to do any work to have a place already rented? I just had an inspection done to get ready to list it and there aren’t any major issues with it, just cosmetic stuff.
