Bruh that’s rough, most of those parking benefit accounts are use-it-or-lose-it when you leave. Check if you can cash out or transfer to someone else at your company before you bounce. Some places let you use it for other transit stuff too but probably not $5k worth
$400+ a month and you didn’t notice?
The 2025 max was $325/mo. Something got screwed up here, beyond just not noticing.
Start by talking to HR. I don’t think there’s a cash out available though.
Sometimes they can still change your FSA amounts in the first 30 days of the year.
