I have a cute 3/2 on almost an acre in rural SC that I'd like to sell. There are long term tenants that would like to purchase but I don't think they have the resources to buy it. I offered to cover closing costs/fees as allowable by law. They're dragging out looking for information on loans etc so I'm not sure they're able to buy it.
I know right now is not the time to list it, but when do buyers start to seriously look? Do I wait until Spring when the weather is nicer?
Which month is the best to sell a home?

I’d pick mid spring as people have gotten their income tax checks back and weather is nice enough to go out looking and the home looks better in nice weather.
